Problems occurring during operation are identified and reported to appropriate persons in accordance with workplace procedures 3.4. Any authorised changes in working procedures are followed |
4. Complete work | 4.1. Product is inspected for quality of work and repaired or discarded as required in accordance with workplace procedures 4.2.
