Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to estimate and calculate mass, area and quantify dimensions of loads in accordance with workplace requirements and relevant regulations, as part of work functions within the transport and logistics industry.It includes estimating loads to be transported or placed in storage, estimating load limits of transport and/or storage systems, and organising a load.Work is performed under some supervision generally within a team environment. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
